The office is led by legal advisor Michał Kubiak, who is registered on the list of legal advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk.
Legal Advisor Michał Kubiak gained his professional experience in leading Tri-City law firms, dealing with, among other things, ongoing legal support for entrepreneurs, pre-litigation and judicial debt collection, disputes with financial institutions regarding so-called Swiss franc loans, compensation disputes, and employment matters.
The founder of the office is also a certified mediator registered on the list of permanent mediators at the District Court in Gdańsk. Thanks to his experience in this area, he successfully represents clients in complex negotiations, mediation proceedings, or demanding discussions at the pre-litigation stage.
To ensure a comprehensive range of legal support, the office also collaborates with lawyers specialized in other areas of law, a financial analyst, and an accounting office.
